After years in the commercial art world and working in an art studio combined with decades in education, I wanted to work on a project that happily marries my worlds. As an Educator, Bridget shares her expertise and love for Art and Design with students ranging in ages from K-12 to University and Adult Education. She has taught courses and programs in Product Design, Drawing, Painting and Fashion Design at such notable Museums and Art Schools as: Parson's The New School for Design, The Rhode Island School of Design, The Cooper-Hewitt Museum, The Guggenheim Museum, and The Museum of Arts and Design. With a background in Fine Arts and Art History, Parris' work is inspired by the Architecture, Decorative Arts and Paintings she has studied. With an interest in 18th and 19th century historical style, she continues to create original drawings, paintings.

After earning a BFA in Photography from the Maryland Institute College of Art, she expanded her traditional photography into digital investigations and received an MFA in Digital Imaging from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
